Ensure that the surface is clean and free from dampness, dirt, and other contamination.

For areas severely affected by algae and fungi, ensure that the surface is completely cleaned with Bio-wash before initiating the painting process.

Sand the surface using Sandpaper #180 and clean thoroughly. Ensure that no loose particles are sticking to the wall.

Freshly plastered surfaces must be allowed to cure completely. The coating process can be started after a minimum period of 30 days.

Apply 2 coats of Aquafresh PU Wall Primer, leaving 4-5 hours between each coat.

Apply 2 coats of Aquafresh Exterior Wall Finish, leaving 4-5 hours between each coat.

Before applying the second topcoat, sand the second coat of primer with Sandpaper #320.

Sand the topcoat with Sandpaper #600.

The number of topcoat coats depends on the color chosen. Darker shades may need additional coats.

Roller or Brush or Conventional Spray, Nozzle Orifice: 0.059 inches, Pressure: 35 – 45 psi.
