Ensure that the surface is clean and free from dampness, dirt and other contamination for areas severally affected by algae and fungi ensure that the surface is completely cleaned before initiating the painting process.

Freshly plastered surfaces must be allowed to cure completely. The coating process can be started after a minimum period of 30 days

Sand the surface using Emery Paper No. 180 and clean thoroughly. Ensure that no loose particles are sticking to the wall.

* Apply first coat of Solvent Thinnable wall Primer and allow drying for 6-8 hours
* Smoothen the surface by filling dents with a thin coat of MRF Vilasa Wall Putty and allow drying for 4-6 hours. Sand the surface with emery paper No.220 and wipe clean.
* Apply second coat of Solvent Thinnable wall Primer and allowing drying for 6-8 hours .Sand the surface with emery paper No.320 and wipe clean.
* Apply 2 coats of any MRF Interior Emulsion and Keep an interval of 4-6 hours in between two coats.

Non Volatile Matter – 61 ± 2

Typical thickness   – 40-45microns/coat

    PRECAUTIONS
