1. The contest: The “Pongal 10 Free Interior Wall Makeover” (“Contest”) is being conducted by MRF CORP LTD., (“Company”) which shall be hosted on Digital Platforms- Meta and google also in OOH media

2. Contest Period: The Contest shall be valid for Tamil Nadu from Nov 15, 2025, till Dec15, 2025 (“Contest Period”). The company reserves the right to amend or extend these dates at its sole discretion.

3. Fees Participation is voluntary and no entry fees for participation. However, there may be consumption of data while participating in the Contest, and data charges may apply. The cost and responsibility of the same shall be upon the Participant. For further details, the Participant has to contact the respective telecom operator.

4. Eligibility The contest is open to residents of Tamil Nadu, aged 18 years and above, excluding those residing in the other states of India. The contest is not open to employees or dealers of MRF CORP, its affiliates, or their immediate family members.

5. How to Participate Participants must register by filling out the required details in the form and share their best story or interpretation of tagline “Paint that good life”.

Winner Selection & Prizes:

10 winners will be chosen by MRF Paints team based on relevant answer. The results will be announced on our social media pages on Pongal (January 15, 2026)
Selected homeowners will receive a free interior wall makeover using MRF Vapocure Paints.
The total paintable area of the house or apartment (including walls, wood, and metal surfaces) must not exceed 2,000 sq. ft., or the total cost of paint supply and application must not exceed ₹75,000. Any excess cost beyond these limits will be borne by the end consumer
The offer is applicable only on the following products: Altura, Altura Shine, Ezee Wood, and Durothane.
Prizes offered under this promotion are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
Proof of identity, age, and address may be required to claim the prize.

6. General Conditions Entries that are offensive, obscene, or inappropriate will be disqualified and rejected. All decisions of the Company shall be final and binding on the contest participants and cannot question the decision. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained in this regard. The company reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the terms, use false information, or manipulative activities, and to alter, suspend, or terminate the contest without prior notice. The company reserves the right to alter, amend, or cancel the campaign or any part thereof without prior notice and without assigning any reasons. The company will not compensate participants for any loss, including unrewarded claims, delays, or disputes beyond its control.

7. Publicity & Intellectual Property By entering the contest, participants give the Company the right to use the images of their houses (before and after painting) their names, images, and entries for promotional purposes without further compensation.

8. Personal Information By participating in this contest, participants expressly consent to the collection, storage, use, and processing of their personal information, including but not limited to name, contact details, email address, residential address, photographs, videos, and/or any other information voluntarily provided during the contest (“Personal Information”). The Personal Information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest, including participant verification, winner selection and announcement, prize distribution, publicity, and any other purposes related to the contest. All Personal Information will be handled in accordance with applicable laws in India, including the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the company’s privacy policy. The company shall implement reasonable security practices and procedures to protect the Personal Information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, the company shall not be liable for any unauthorized access or breach that is beyond its reasonable control. By participating, participants also grant the company a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use their name, image, and/or photograph for promotional and marketing purposes related to this contest, without any further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.

9. Legal Jurisdiction : The contest is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Chennai city. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this contest, including its formation, validity, interpretation, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Chennai, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The parties agree that the arbitration proceedings and the award shall be confidential.

10. Miscellaneous:

The company reserves the right to suspend the contest and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice or explanation.

Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.

All prizes are awarded on an "as-is" basis without any warranties, express or implied.

The company shall not be responsible for any act or omission of third-party service providers engaged in relation to the contest.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable laws of India, MRF CORP, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim, cost, or expense (whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential) arising from or in connection with:

• Participation in the contest;
• Failure to win or receive a prize;
• Use or misuse of any prize awarded;
• Any technical, network, server, computer, or software failure or malfunction.
• Any unauthorized access to personal data;
• Any force majeure event including but not limited to incidents which are beyond the control of the Company, government restrictions, or cyber incidents.
